Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders from Ilissa Michele Jewelry are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided at the time of shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

Proof of Delivery

If tracking information from USPS or UPS indicates that the package has been delivered, Ilissa Michele Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Packages marked as delivered but not received

• Theft after delivery

• Delivery to a shared mailbox, front desk, mailroom, or concierge

• Delivery errors made by the carrier

Tracking & Address Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct and secure at checkout.

• We are unable to change addresses once an order has shipped.

Carrier Claims

If a package is marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend:

• Checking with household members, neighbors, or building management

• Contacting USPS or UPS directly to file a claim or request a delivery investigation

While we are happy to provide tracking details to assist, we cannot replace or refund orders that show confirmed delivery.
