Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
I always want you to be happy with your piece of jewelry. If you for some reason are unhappy with the item you purchased, I will gladly accept a return or exchange within 7 days of the date you received your item, with two exceptions listed below.
Contact me within 5 days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back within 7 days of delivery for a return or exchange.
When returning or exchanging, the product must be returned in new, unworn condition and safely packaged. The refund will be issued once I have received the item. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and you will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
I do not accept cancellations, but please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any issues with your order.
Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday) of your payment.
Tracking and delivery confirmation will be provided. Please provide a full street address for shipping. If using PayPal, please make sure the address on your PayPal account is an accurate address.
For international shipping, a phone number must be provided.
